**Job Description**:
CPP Investments is hiring an Analyst, Organization Development on a 12-month contract.
Working collaboratively with the Organisational Development (OD) team and in partnership with colleagues across the organization, the Analyst will support a variety of learning and development initiatives. This includes supporting project and program coordination, enhancing vendor and business relationships and contributing to data and analytics.
**Role Specific Accountabilities**:
- Independently manages assigned tasks related to projects, producing discrete pieces of work while defining the optimal way to achieve outcomes. This includes revising established project plans, tracking budgets and timelines, as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders, raising issues as they arise.
- Provides employees with standard guidance on Organizational Development (OD) programs, workshops, and policies.
- Coordinates with vendors and regional offices to schedule and oversee workshops and events.
- Conducts vendor research with supervision; conducts testing where necessary to support vendor selection process.
- Utilizes software tools such as Workday, Excel and Tableau to generate necessary reports.
- Supports the fiscal planning and monitoring of professional development workshops. This includes analyzing collected data, monitoring the demand for workshops, managing waiting lists, establishing relationships with vendors, processing Statements of Work (SOW), and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Identify patterns, themes, trends, exceptions and relationships within gathered information to make simple judgments, reasoned conclusions or simple recommendations that support decision making.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and workflows.
- Provides assistance on OD initiatives and projects as and when required.
- Supports operational projects and performs other duties as assigned.

- College or undergraduate degree with experience in professional services organization and/or Learning and Development team.
