Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions (MDS) is a premier supplier of advanced suspension products and welded assemblies to the global automotive industry. Equipped with the latest technology in metal stamping (up to 2500 tonne), state-of-the-art robotic welding cells, and automated assembly lines, the 240,000 square foot facility is staffed by expert personnel to manufacture front and rear suspension control arms, links, stabilizer bars and various high value-add assemblies.
**Position Overview**:
Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions is looking for a **_Sales Coordinator _**who will be responsible for performing and administering the sales function of the organization while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage RFQ log with the MSM administrator.
- Work with other departments to set up an initial quote meeting and distribute the required information for the completion of quotes.
- Request, gather, and input the information that is required from all designated channels to complete the various steps that are mandatory in the quoting process.
- Review quotes with the program manager(s) and management for approval.
- Assemble customer required breakdown forms and cost models. Maintain consistency.
- Communicate with the APQP and/or program manager on customer issues.
- Co-ordinate and update the tracking and/or logging of outstanding financial issues. Assist the accounting department in solving financial issues as required.
- Administer and maintain communication with customers as required.
- Update and maintain customer specific databases and forms.
- Co-ordinate VA/VE activity. Initiate workshops, assemble ideas, quotes, and tracking implementation.
- Create and maintain the piece price matrix form, piece price tracking form, tooling tracking form, and quote versus actual analysis form.
- Maintain customer correspondence and quote file maintenance.

**Basic Requirements**:
- Completion of a college diploma in a related field (i.e. business, professional sales, sales and marketing).
- Minimum of 3 years of business or sales related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, technically demanding environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator.
