**We are looking for an **Advisor, Classification, Organizational Design and Pay Equity**

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Employees Experience, the **Advisor, Classification, Organizational Design and Pay Equity** will be responsible for providing classification and organizational design services for unionized (two classification tools) and non-represented (one classification tool) positions. This position will partner with Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers to perform job description review, classification and organizational design activities; and will also project manage deliverables in accordance with the Pay Equity Act (PEA), including leading a working group and coordinating deliverables under the PEA.

***Minimum of five years of relevant experience in**:

- Making recommendations to managers regarding classification decisions;
- Working in a unionized environment and interpreting collective agreements;
- Administrative duties, including filing, conducting follow-ups, writing texts and letters, preparing reports and conducting information analysis;
- Establish and periodically update a pay equity plan (an asset).

**Knowledge of**:

- Classification principles, standards, procedures, tools and practices;
- Human resources policies, procedures and practices;
- The _Pay Equity Act_, its regulations, and supporting guidelines;
- Preparing, monitoring and overseeing project schedules.

**Education**: A University Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A CHRP, CHRL or CRHA certification will be considered an asset. Certification or accreditation in classification will be considered an asset.

***Compensation**: NU5 ($75,732 to $103,742 -under review)

**Status**: Permanent Full-Time Position (# 10474)
