**Rate of Pay**: To be determined.

**Number of Positions**: 1

The Ontario Federation Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) is currently seeking a _**Facilities Maintenance Supervisor**_. This position will work directly with Facilities Maintenance staff and several department and program staff, under the direction of the Executive Director. This position will be responsible for the day to day supervision and delegation of tasks to the Facilities Maintenance Technicians. As well, this position is responsible for the administration of the Facilities Maintenance department and for cleaning and maintenance of buildings and property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance and repairs of the OFAH Head Office and the Hunting & Fishing Heritage Centre buildings and property which includes obtaining quotes and supervising projects from services providers;
- Prepare department budgets for areas of responsibility; and
- Vehicle fleet administration and maintenance.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Secondary School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent work-related experience in general business, business administration and mechanical/maintenance experience.
- Minimum of two years of office/business administration management experience would be an asset.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Essential computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Written and oral communication skills;
- Budget management, and attention to detail;
- Managerial experience including employee supervision;
- Organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and problem solving skills;
- Interpersonal skills and leadership; and
- Mechanically inclined.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s licence (class G);
- Valid criminal record check; and
- Valid OFAH membership

**Asset**:

- Valid WHMUS certification (will train); and
- Fall Protection training (will train).
