**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Must perform and deliver culinary trends and cuisine to met the residents' needs
- Leading, preparing food, cooking, plating food for two meals a day.
- Overseeing staff of 30 employees
- Follow corporate budgetary and responsibilities and direction
- Must complete monthly inventory and tally all numbers
- Must provide weekly sales report
- Manage all food and beverage operations, including planning menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control
- Oversee kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers to maintain high standards of service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Required certificate of qualification (C.O.Q) Cook II.
- Require 10 years of proven experience in culinary and beverage operations
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
