Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at St. Louis Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating within our financial means.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
