**Position**

Working under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), the Growth and Partnerships Lead will support the administration of multiple research projects related to Health Workforce Education and Family Caregivers. Responsibilities include: collaborating with stakeholders across Canada and Internationally to develop partnership and growth opportunities, managing regulatory standards and accreditation requirements across the projects, developing standards of practice for projects, and providing administrative support to lead growth strategies.

**Duties**
- Oversees Growth & Partnerships Project management, communications, and tracking.
- Coordinates/liases with Regulatory Bodies and Professional Associations to ensure projects are meeting all minimum standard requirements.
- Develops and communicates consistent standards of practice for the research projects across all participating institutions in Alberta and Internationally.
- Coordinates professional discipline accreditation requirements tracking, reporting, and submissions.
- Supports managing high-level organizational and administrative practices.
- Supports sustainability and long-term project strategy development.
- Supports high-level continued professional development.
- Manages Physician Education Advisory group including coordination of stakeholder Invitations, data tracking, and overall advisory coordination.
- Collaborate with Education Lead on educational content development, publications, conference abstracts, and presentations
- Communicate with project stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Assist with developing project documents, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Support knowledge dissemination activities, including preparing manuscripts, reports, summaries, and oral presentations.
- Support documenting and following up on advisory committee and steering committee meetings.
- Update and process program documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in a health, social sciences, or related discipline required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- 1+ years of research coordination or project management experience.
- Experienced in professional regulation and regulatory governance with a strong working knowledge of Alberta’s healthcare system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and address multiple simultaneous priorities in an effective, efficient manner.
- Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required; proficiency in SPSS and NVivo is an asset.
- Expertise in qualitative or quantitative research is an asset.
