**Sommaire**
Au sein du service des ressources humaines, le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de la coordination et le soutien des ressources humaines et de la paie. Si vous êtes passioné.e RH et touche-à-tout, et voulez acquérir de l’expérience dans toutes les dimensions des ressources humaines, voilà une excellente opportunité pour en apprendre d’avantage. Une expérience en hôtellerie est un atout ainsi qu’une expérience dans un milieu syndiqué. Également, il ou elle aura le mandat de travailler en collaboration avec les départements de l’hôtel pour assurer le lien interdépartemental, ainsi que qu’offrir un service hors pair à notre ressources la plus importante, nos employés.
**Fonctions**
- Service à la clientèle - est une priorité en tout temps
- Effectuer le processus complet de dotation, de l’affichage à l’intégration de l’employé;
- Intégration des nouveaux employés: Rédaction d’offres d’emploi, ouverture de dossier, enregistrement dans le système des ressources humaines & paie, attribution du porte-nom, du vestiaire et cadenas, des outils informatiques et accès Marriott.
- Coordination des avantages sociaux et autres bénéfices.
- Effectuer la paie à la quinzaine avec le logiciel WorkforceNow et tenir à jour les dossiers d’employés;
- Gérer et entretenir le système de poinçon et de gestion du temps;
- Coordonner l’implantation de changements dans le système en matière de conditions de travail et avantages sociaux;
- Formation : suivi des heures de probation, de formation, préparation du contenu des séances d’orientation des associéset animation.
- Communication : rédaction et diffusion de mémos, nominations et affiches internes
- Conseiller et accompagner les superviseurs et gestionnaires dans la gestion de cas reliés au personnel;
- Coordonner le comité santé et sécurité et certains projets qui en découlent;
- Santé et sécurité : Aider au maintien du programme de prévention des accidents de travail et animer le comité de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Assurer le traitement des réclamations à la CNESST et gérer les dossiers actifs;
- Tenir à jour et analyser les indicateurs de performance pertinents et agir afin de conserver ou améliorer les résultats;

**Qualifications recherchées**
- Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) ou Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en gestion hôtelière ou en ressources humaines
- Connaissance de la paie et le système WorkforceNow sera considéré comme un atoût.
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise (la connaissance d’une autre langue sera considérée comme un atout.
