We are looking for a _**customer-oriented**_, _**motivated**_ individual to join our professional team as an **Outside Sales Representative / Rental Representative **at our **Bracebridge, ON** branch

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues.
- Follow-up leads generated from various sources.
- Identify and target customers based on equipment availability.
- Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.
- Effectively manage and develop networking relationships.
- Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Qualifications and Requirements:_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the equipment rental industry or a closely related industry is preferred.
- Strong drive for results and customer focus.
- Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills.
- Solid team player and self-starter.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Available to work after working hours and on weekends.
- Valid Class G driver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points).You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
