Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

**Responsibilities**:
- Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Generate financial reports and statements as required
- Support payroll processing and record-keeping
- Handle customer inquiries and support customer service operations
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as required
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk/bookkeeper, preferably in a sales or retail environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of fitness equipment is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$57,202.82 per year
