**The Opportunity**:
The **Sales Operations Manager** is a key member of our Sales team. In this role, you will partner with sales leadership in running and improving all aspects of our Sales Operations ensuring EUNA continues to scale efficiently and effectively. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement & Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the operations team to develop and implement new Salesforce processes for the Revenue organization as needed.
- Implement and manage additional CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
- Work with Integration Management Office team to design and implement a streamlined unified Lead to Cash process.
- Track and manage the performance of the sales organization using dashboards and reports in SFDC and other tools available for performance measurement. Use data to determine go-forward strategies for success and to influence behavior and improve efficiency across the team.
- Orchestrate and facilitate monthly KPI reviews with the Sales Leadership team.
- Drive accuracy and predictability in preparing monthly and quarterly bookings forecasts.
- Help refine and maintain sales territories and provide comprehensive analysis of territory alignment decisions.
- Support lead generation process in Pardot and SFDC by working collaboratively with Marketing and Business Development teams.
- Assist in all facets of sales planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Professional Services to ensure strong alignment with Sales in go-to-market strategy.
- Work with IMO/Salesforce Lead to integrate acquisitions into Revenue systems (Salesforce)

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of experience in sales operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams.
- 2-5 years in leading a Sales Operations Team
- Proven record of building strategic roadmap of organizational change or customer change with proven results
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Certified Salesforce Admin (experience with CPQ)
- Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, and other revenue models.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands.
- A sense of urgency, assertiveness, and directness.

**Location**:
This position will be remote with occasional travel to office in Oakville, Ontario.
