- Extracting, cleaning, and transforming people data from multiple sources, including HRIS, talent management systems, and employee surveys using programming languages (e.g., Python)
- Performing statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns and correlations to support decision making across the team
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of people analytics processes, tools, and methodologies
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of presentations, summaries, and insights derived from people data to key stakeholders
- Conducting research and analysis on industry best practices and emerging trends
- Supporting various collaborative projects related to insights and analytics across the People and Culture (P&C) team

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Assisting in the ongoing maintenance and evolution of our people reporting dashboards
- Working on data science projects by using advance analytics techniques
- Supporting the retail business with data visualization to support talent planning processes
- Bringing to life the new people analytics operating model - mapping and documenting key process worklows and service delivery standards
- Conducting data audits, identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, and implementing data quality checks to clean and align people data across the business

**Are you our next People Data Analyst?**:

- You have 1-3 years’ related experience working in a similar role, with education in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- You are proficient in data manipulation, analysis and visualization in Power BI
- You ideally have familiarity with an HRIS, with a preference for Workday experience
- You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, draw conclusions, and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- You have strong attention to detail and are able to maintain a high degree of accuracy
- You exhibit discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
