Earls Kitchen + Bar is hiring a Data Analyst to join the growing Business Intelligence Department in Vancouver, BC. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the data integrity needed to drive key business insights. You will play a crucial role in leveraging our data and systems to help drive business decisions and improve processes for Earls and our partners alike. This role will allow you to make a direct impact on improving the experience of our partners and guests in our restaurants.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Managing the integrity of master data from the various systems of record.
- Support data integration with any new system implementations.
- Develop and update any data-related technical documentation
- Supporting data-related tickets.
- Powerful enthusiasm for continuous learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Commitment to team success and a passion for using data to improve the business.
- Providing support to cross-functional teams from the organization to understand overall business goals, improve reporting, and assist with larger-scale projects as needed.
- Crafting and executing queries via hands-on exploration of data sets using SQL, dashboards, statistical analysis, and data visualizations upon request for data.
- Present information through reports and visualization.

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst or a related role.
- Degree or Diploma in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Quantitative Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or equivalent to explore diverse data sets and create descriptive and predictive models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with hard deadlines.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the restaurant industry's operations is an asset.
