Reporting to the ERP Change Management Program Lead, the Organizational Change Management Consultant plays a key role in leading change management efforts on the HR Modernization roadmap for the Human Capital Management and HR Operating Model projects.

This position focuses on the people side of change and must be aware of and understand the current and future changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles responsibilities, behaviors, competencies and organizational structures. The primary focus of this role is to create and implement change management strategies and activities that maximize engagement. This position is key in creating change readiness and driving faster adoption of change initiatives to support the achievement of favourable business results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain change impact assessments and evaluate results to create the appropriate change management strategies and tactics where required.
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance. Develop and execute specific plans to mitigate or resolve the issues.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and monitor change progress.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities with various levels throughout the organization.
- Co-lead the Change Network, preparing the Champions to successfully perform their role across their business group.
- Partner with Training and Communication lead to execute stakeholder engagement activities.
- Experience in stakeholder assessment and people facilitation skills over the project lifecycle to ensure adoption readiness
- Provide weekly progress updates when required to the project leads and participate in regular project meetings as required.
- Work with a team of change and project consultants, build relationships and collaborated with stakeholders and business partners.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to connect, build trust, and co-create plans and actions with all levels of the business as well as technology team
- Background in building strategy and executing tactics for stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
- Ability to learn technical changes and translate them in simple, easy to understand communications
- Be an active and visible coach to business leaders as well as the Change Network.
- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of customer focus, communicates effectively, collaborates, instills trust and self-development.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of change management experience in large organization managing interdependent change initiatives (change management certification a plus)
- Experience and working knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci ADKAR Model)
- Have knowledge and understanding of Success Factors
- Prior ERP Program experience,
- Curiosity driven individual, who seeks to understand where their stakeholders are and what they need
- Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent active listening skills
- Strong analytical and decision making abilities
- Ability to influence others, at all levels within the organization, and move towards a common goal
- Ability to quickly understand and work effectively within corporate and team culture
- Organized and self-motivated with a team player attitude
- Experience with large-scale organizational change effort
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual is considered as an asset
- Ability to travel up to 25% nationally
