**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Post high volume of accounts payable invoices with matched backup and ensuring proper approvals utilizing MS Dynamics NAV, however we are in the process of migrating to Odoo.
- Assist AP Supervisor or Controller with cheque runs by pulling back-up, printing cheques, etc.
- Process employee expense reimbursement reports on a weekly basis.
- Maintain electronic AP filing system for back-up.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:

- Secondary School Diploma.
- Post
- secondary education related to accounting, business administration or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year Vendor Management experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills a must.
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience preferred.
- Construction industry exposure/experience a definite asset.
- Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot, filter, etc.) an asset.
- Ability to multitask and flexible to changing priorities.
- Independent and a team player.
- Ability to easily learn new software.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
Expected to be at the Head Office location full time.
