Markham Pelvic Health is York Region's first and only Physiotherapy Clinic dedicated to treating men, women, and children with pelvic health concerns. With two locations in Markham, we are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and attentive Front Desk Receptionist/Client Care Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for a goal-oriented, driven, and motivated individual who is interested in healthcare and will have a keen interest in helping the clinic grow while maintaining the strong reputation in the community. The Client Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all potential and current clients and must be proficient and comfortable at being the face of the clinic. Having a professional but warm demeanour are absolute must-haves for the position. Office administrative skills are required.

Job Duties:

- Greet and check in patients
- Verify and collect patient information on our electronic medical recording system
- Collect payments
- Assist with preparing exercise sheets, patient information, and clinical recommendations for healthcare providers
- Scheduling and rescheduling patients
- Managing multiple healthcare providers schedules
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure exam rooms and clinic areas are cleaned and stocked appropriately
- Help coordinate patients and service providers
- Basic data collection and tracking
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Prepare outgoing mail and fax correspondence
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Assist in community outreach initiatives
- Assist in program planning, clinic growth initiatives, and marketing efforts
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a field that offers excellent customer service (front desk/administrative work is a bonus)
- Be eager to learn and ready to actively contribute to a growing healthcare team
- Be warm and personable with strong interpersonal skills
- Be professional and dependable with a strong attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Minimum of Grade 12 Education or Equivalent
- Computer competency: Microsoft Word, Excel, EMR Systems, E-mail
- Be proficient in English; additional languages spoken are a bonus
- Have strong verbal/oral and written communication skills
- Have knowledge of common pelvic health conditions to be able to answer client questions appropriately
- Be outcomes driven to help the clinic grow and succeed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
