CMX Powersports is a leading powersports dealer specializing in offroad vehicles and golf carts. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator with a focus on social media and internet marketing. This position plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and supporting our marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with various departments for inventory management.

Support the marketing team in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to promote CMX Powersports' products and events.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content and ensure it aligns with SEO best practices.

Assist in analyzing website traffic and social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to contribute valuable insights to marketing strategies.

Support the team in organizing and coordinating events, including trade shows, demos, and community initiatives.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.

Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with social media platforms and internet marketing principles.

Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually appealing social media content.

Basic understanding of SEO principles and website content management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling social media posts.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for powersports or outdoor recreational activities is preferred.
