**Your Day-to-Day**
- Facilitate sessions with Product Management (PM) and Technical Product Management (TPM) to prioritize features for product delivery.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Operations and Technology teams to prioritize defects and technical debt.
- Organize estimation sessions with PM, TPM, BA, Development and Quality Assurance (QA) leads.
- Create, track and control quarterly delivery plans by regularly working with resource managers to ensure appropriate allocation and to minimize impact to production schedule.
- Identify and remove roadblocks that could impact timely delivery
- Organize and lead various Scrum events and maintain Scrum artifacts.
- Manage proactive delivery communication plan to the wider business including timelines, status and business impact
- Identify training opportunities for Operations teams based on new features contained in the deployment.
- Define and track key delivery metrics to measure and improve delivery success.
- Continuously improve our delivery methodology.

**Your Skill Set**

You should have experience with most of the following:

- Project management (i.e., communication, leadership, team management, negotiation, personal organization, risk management)
- Software development processes and methodologies, especially Agile.

The following technical knowledge is beneficial:

- Software architecture
- Relational data
- Cloud technologies and public cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.
- Software and Cyber Security

Knowledge in the following business domains is a plus:

- Usability and usability testing
- Survey and report design

**Your Characteristics**

You must have:

- Fantastic organization skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable leading change

You must be:

- Business-savvy: need to be able to interact with both business specs and technical specs.
- Detail-oriented (being able to pay close attention and notice minor details)

**Employment Type**

This is a contract position for 12 months with possibility to transition to full time.
