**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leading and supporting national and regional communication and activation projects
- Social media strategy and engagement timelines and budget for regional and national communication projects
- Supporting the brand through ownership of Performance Analysis & Review
- Providing insights and recommendations based on analysis of brand results
- Routine Marketing Process Management and budget management
- Leading a coordinated team across all agency partners as an owner of all digital touch points on the brand.
- Brand health and brand performance review preparation
- Leading team marketing process compliance.
- Leading Cross-Functional marketing initiatives on Brand
- Monthly analysis and business reporting nationally and in the region
- Support or lead innovation and renovation projects.
- Deliver robust business analysis as part of 1 and 3-year planning processes.
- Budget management - strong organizational skills and ability to track and balance brand budgets

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- A University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of dynamic brand management experience in a Tier 1 environment.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations
- Advanced Skill in MS office suite of products
- Advanced project management and business analysis abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- The ability to work with a multi-disciplined team including an advertising agency, media team, research team, public affairs team, etc.
- Periodic domestic travel.
- Passion for marketing and social media
- Knowledge of Youtube, Instagram, etc.
