- **_Lead client conversations about fraud threats, trends, technologies, and operations_**

- **_Driving transformations for internal and external clients._**

- **_Infuse external breathing by conducting primary and secondary research on relevant topics _**
- **_Create & update fraud collaterals - build on knowledge base of fraud practices_**

- **_Drive _**_SEP Benchmarking framework and draw insights_**

- **_Evangelize the solution and work along with the delivery teams to implement and strengthen the value proposition _**
- **_Evaluate new tools and platforms to optimize the process / service line. This includes exploring partnership opportunities, structuring strategic alliances and keeping a pulse on competitor solutions_**

- **_Identify performance bottlenecks in the process and recommend technology led interventions that can be introduced_**

- **_Participate in the presales process including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, _**_POC management, bid management, price management and overall deal solutioning_**

- **_Create technical design and functional documentation for incumbent solutions created_**

- **_Develop training & modify fraud domain training content for agent training _**
