La Division des services judiciaires du ministère de la Justice de la Nouvelle-Écosse se consacre à offrir d'excellents services et à assurer l'administration juste et accessible de la justice, y compris l'administration des tribunaux et de la sécurité.

La Division offre du soutien administratif aux tribunaux suivants : Cour d'appel de la Nouvelle-Écosse; Cour suprême de Nouvelle-Écosse (y compris à la Division de la famille); Cour provinciale; Tribunal de la famille; Cour des petites créances; Tribunal des successions; Tribunal de la faillite. Pour aborder les cas individuels, les tribunaux agissent indépendamment du gouvernement.

**Au sujet de cet emploi**:
Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice est responsable de la mise en œuvre de l'entente sur la Loi sur les contraventions avec le gouvernement fédéral. Cette personne représente le ministère de la Justice au sein du Comité de coordination des services en français du gouvernement provincial et assure le développement et la mise en œuvre des politiques et des plans sur les services en français du ministère. Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice effectue des consultations et établit des partenariats avec les divisions du ministère, et entretient des rapports importants avec l'Office des affaires acadiennes et de la francophonie, les ministères du gouvernement fédéral et la communauté acadienne et francophone.

Dans cet emploi, vous dirigerez des projets et des initiatives à court terme, qui pourraient inclure du travail avec plusieurs équipes dans un environnement de collaboration. Vous avez de l'expérience en matière d'analyse du flux opérationnel, et vous avez la capacité de trouver des façons d'améliorer les processus et les services pour les clients externes. Vous avez de l'expérience manifeste en matière d'établissement et de maintien de partenariats avec des intervenants internes et externes, et vous avez de bonnes aptitudes à l'animation pour gérer des équipes de projet et des groupes de travail de grande taille.

Vous avez des aptitudes exceptionnelles à la communication (à l'oral comme à l'écrit) dans les deux langues officielles, vous avez des compétences en résolution de conflits et en gestion du temps, et vous pouvez gérer avec succès de multiples priorités aux échéances concurrentes. En plus d'avoir de l'expérience en matière de recherches et de compilation de renseignements et de données, vous pouvez rédiger des rapports, des présentations, des plans de travail et d'autres documents ou diagrammes qui facilitent la prise de décisions. Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement de travail coopératif et vous êtes en mesure de maintenir plusieurs responsabilités en matière de reddition de compte. Vous avez de solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en leadership, ainsi qu'un sens de la justice et un jugement équilibré.

Vous êtes bilingue et efficace en français et en anglais.

Des responsabilités précédentes liées à la traduction ou à la coordination de services de traduction sont considérées comme un atout.

Nous évaluerons les qualités et compétences énumérées ci-dessus à l'aide de l'un ou plusieurs des outils suivants : test écrit, épreuve standardisée, présentation orale, entrevue, vérification des références.
