Glow The Event Store is a premier provider of event planning and production services, specializing in creating unforgettable experiences for a diverse range of clients. From corporate gatherings to weddings and festivals, we are dedicated to delivering seamless and memorable events. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Event Services/Warehouse Coordinator for our Halifax location.

As an Event Services/Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our event rental space and logistics processes. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and providing support to our event planning and production teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation in the warehouse, ensuring adequate supplies for upcoming events while minimizing excess stock.
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup and activities to ensure a smooth and successful experience for attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients and internal teams, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the receipt and inspection of event equipment, furniture, and décor items, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Prepare event orders and pack items for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client requests.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event equipment and décor, providing on-site support as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies and updating inventory records accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and rental area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist with events and production tasks as needed, including venue research, vendor coordination, and client communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality control, and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse management, event production, or logistics coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event setup and coordination.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for attendees.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
