**Bookkeeper/Office Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Basic bookkeeping using the Xero online platform
- Process accounts receivable/payables in a timely manner
- Maintain company’s filing system (physical and electronic)
- Preparing invoices to customers/vendors
- Responsible for entering financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
- Responsible for reconciling bank statements and credit card statements to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded
- Support the day-to-day operations of the accounting supervisor
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities
- Maintain proper and complete filing system to support financial records
- Conduct general office duties and other jobs assigned by senior management

Qualifications:

- Accounting related diploma or degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle general accounting; Xero experience is a plus, not required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail oriented, and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate job commitment, accountability, and reliability.
- Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team, and can collaborate with and assist other colleagues
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
