Call Centre Lead/medical Receptionist

**Call Center Lead Position Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm**

**Responsible for**:

- Be on Call Center queue
- Answer medical clinic calls on a priority
- Monitor call center agents’ bookings and validate call center agents are following
Bluewater Imaging Booking times / booking protocols

and verify that all tasks have been completed
- Set room schedules in mRIS as per BWI schedule
- Daily check in with Call Center Team / outstanding tasks & any issues
- Ensure all holidays are entered as a blocked time off for all rooms
- Oversee the call center agents’ schedules, day offs / vacations, and replacements and
coordinate with management
- Be available on a cell phone after hours to coordinate any issues with bookings due to
emergency / last minute staff absences

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Experience with medical terminology / administration
- Diagnostic Imaging (X-Rays) experience would be preferred
- Recent experience performing administrative support, customer service, or Call Centre experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong time management, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated independence and comfort in taking initiative on resolving issues within the scope of responsibility
- Demonstrated professionalism and telephone manners
- Demonstrated team-based skills and customer-oriented approach
