Customer Service/receptionist

**About Us**
Administrative tasks will include general office tasks, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, & conducting basic online research.
This is a part time position, and the hours will be between 25-30 hours a week, Monday-Thursday. We are a small but fun team and flexible when it comes to hours and schedule.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer customer questions via online channels.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Experience using Google Docs.
- Follow established procedures.
- Demonstrate good customer service skills.
- Social media management (possibility).
**Qualifications**
- Superior customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a retail environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work with little supervision with a high standard for quality, attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a team environment with clear and effective communication style, both written and oral.
- Fluency in English and French shall be considered an asset.
