Claims/parts Analyst

**Job Overview**
The Claims/Parts Agent maintains communication with customers to answer questions or resolve issues regarding orders or deliveries. Provides assistance and problem resolution to clients for any damaged or missing items. Provides support to the claims team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answers clients in a timely manner and identifies their needs.
- Assists clients in resolving their issue -ie: returning damaged products, orders missing parts.
- Offer clients discounts to resolve their issue
- Enters Parts orders.
- Issues RMA/Credit notes.
**Qualifications**
- 3 -5 years customer service experience.
- Dynamic
- Autonomous and team player
- Effective communication (both written and verbal) customer (internal and external) oriented
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage time effectively (manage priorities and follow-ups)
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
**Assets**
- Knowledge of JDE ERP system
- Experience in the furniture industry
