Keyholder (Full-time)

**Work Status: Full-Time Keyholder**

**In this role you will be expected to**:

- Act as Manager on Duty as necessary
- Perform opening/closing duties
- Follow company procedures
- Coach and train staff
- Provide great customer service
- Communicate effectively with the Store Management Team (Manager & Asst. Manager) and work with their direction
- Display & merchandising

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least two years' experience in retail
- Supervisory experience in a retail/customer service setting
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Extensive experience with cash handling and point of sales transactions
- Full-time availability including weekends

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, in written and verbal form, to your Store Manager and peers
- Great attitude
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking and ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivated & able to work independently, and also as a member of a team
