**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled bagel baker to join our team. The bagel baker will be responsible for preparing all bagels for the day ahead while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. This job requires a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Turning on all equipment
- you will be a keyholder
- weighing, mixing, baking bagels
- Rolling all bagels for the following day
- Ensure all products are prepared in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management/communicating when something is low on stock
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

**Skills**:

- A sense of urgency
- Experience not required, but a willingness to learn, and ability to learn quick
- Attention to detail
- Some knowledge with rolling dough would be helpful
- Ability to lift things above 50lbs if needed
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
