The** G-Class Truck Driver **is responsible for providing world-class customer service in the pick-up and delivery of goods to Goodwill’s Retail Stores, Attended Donation Centres (ADCs), and any other Goodwill facilities. As G-Class Truck Driver, you will contribute to Goodwill's mission by supporting the success of the donated goods retail business, helping to create jobs and opportunities within the community, and promoting environmental sustainability through the delivery and pick up of donated goods.

**What You Will Do**:
- Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion for our mission when interacting with people.
- Drive and work in a safe, professional, and courteous manner both on the road and at all Goodwill facilities.
- Ensure the safety and good operating condition of the truck by completing pre-trip inspections, such as, checking oil and fuel levels
- Maintain acceptable product standards.
- Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Contribute to teamwork with added activities
- Complete the unloading of trucks and/or trailers at all Goodwill locations including stores, ADC’s and other relevant locations as assigned. Ensure that the truck is kept clean and tidy for the next Driver to use. This includes the interior of the truck, the exterior of the truck/trailer, and inside the truck/trailer boxes.
- Must be available to work days, Thursday to Monday

- Communication: effectively speaking with and listening to team members and customers to create a positive workplace.
- Problem-solving: finding solutions to problems, being accurate, and using simple math such as counting, adding and subtraction.
- High school diploma an asset.
- Class "G" license is a must.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract/CVOR (as determined by Goodwill).
- Experience working with the public.
- Customer Service experience is an asset.
