**Summary**:
This position is responsible for the management of the outside storage, tracking, auditing and reporting of all tasks to the Inventory Control Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage SAP transactions and perform research and analysis within both WMS and SAP systems to identify errors, as well as ideate and execute solutions.
- Accountable for reconciliate the inventory in both WMS and SAP system.
- Oversees customer overage and shortages and validate in both WMS and SAP.
- To maintain the cycle count records so that it can be reviewed by the management team and also provide reports related to cycle count activity.
- To audit process along with paper flow errors and try to spot the inconsistencies that affect the accuracy of the inventories
- Prepare reports of inventory balance and strong database management to perform work effectively
- Establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives.
- Manage movement of inventory between outside storage location and the warehouse buildings as requested by customer.
- Track the variances in the inventory, as to facilitate better planning as well as interpret variances and correct the problems that have come up.
- Communicate with the client when required.
- Administrative duties as assigned, general labour as required for operational purposes.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year minimum in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain/Distribution/Product Supply
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to organize and prioritize work according to operational requirements
- Must be able to work in a team
- Accountable and able to work independently using direction and open communication
- Able to address and resolve conflict

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
