**About Us**:
We are a dynamic organization that operates at the intersection of two vibrant industries: veterinary medicine and professional soccer. Our veterinary conference is a premier event in the industry, gathering experts, practitioners, and stakeholders from around the world. Simultaneously, we are deeply involved in the management and promotion of a professional soccer club, striving for excellence both on and off the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of events related to both the veterinary conference and the soccer club, including logistics, guest coordination, and on-site support.
- **Project Support**: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and initiatives across both the veterinary conference and the soccer club.
- **Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records, files, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility as needed.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings attended by the CEO, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Position is based primarily in Eastern Passage office, with time being spent at other office/meeting locations around HRM occasionally, so reliability transportation is required.
- This is mainly a weekday schedule with occasionally outside hours needed, especially around events.
