Traffic and Customer Service Administrator

**_Autoport Limited is looking for a Traffic and Customer Service Administrator at its facility located in Eastern Passage_**

The Traffic and Customer Service Administrator is responsible for completing administrative duties related to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requests and ship arrivals, while ensuring that customer vehicles are shipped in a timely manner, in addition to entering repair requests.

**Major Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain and update the internal system with information about incoming vehicles, vessels, customs, and other pertinent information.
- Complete inventory audit reports to ensure that the internal system is up-to-date.
- Advise interdepartmental supervisors and/or managers of incoming vessels and their quantities.
- Release VIN’s as per customer specifications; add or complete holds per request.
- Create and distribute all billing related to ships to the appropriate parties.
- Advise customers of units requiring repair.
- Claims data entry

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Post-secondary education in office/business administration
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (French an asset)
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel/Word)
- High level of interpersonal skills, organization, integrity, and confidentiality
