**PROJECT SCHEDULER**

This position is for an individual that enjoys working with internal teams and building relationships with external customers. You’re excellent at prioritizing and delivering results while having mínimal control over others’ schedules. As the Project Scheduler you’ll be communicating with our clients to schedule installation dates while working with our internal engineering team to schedule production dates in a just-in-time environment. To be successful you’ll be required to think 3 steps ahead and have a backup plan ready to go if things don’t go according to the original plan. Also, this position will be working with the Installation manager to ensure smooth and efficient project completion along with holding installation crews accountable. It requires a person that is proactive and comfortable scheduling a high volume of projects that could last one to over twelve months.

Position Summary:

- Schedule installation dates and schedule Cambridge Elevating installation crews
- Maintain close contact with our Site Inspector to ensure jobs are ready for installation
- Solve and resolve disputes or issues in a timely manner
- Works closely with the Installation manager to ensure efficient completion of jobs

Job Responsibilities:

- Schedules and communicates daily all installation dates with clients. Re-schedule as necessary
- Issues daily work schedules to installation crews
- Get daily project status updates from all installation crews
- Enters, reviews and closes work orders in Ayanova software. Works with finance team to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Manages job callbacks to drive job to 100% completion
- Post installation; co-ordinates with the clients and/or site manager to obtain work completion forms
- Book Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) inspections

Job Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing, construction or logistics industries
- Ability to understand stages of residential home construction
- Pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work independently and with small teams
- Effective communicator and holds him/herself accountable
- Ability to manage and solve stressful/pressure situations
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- A high level of customer service and conscientious work ethic required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
