Director, Systems Integration Program Management

POSITION OVERVIEW/
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer; The Director of System Integration Program Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of system integration projects across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in managing complex technical projects to ensure successful integration of systems, processes, and technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES/
- Develop a Systems Integration and partnership program to drive new sources of revenue across North America, with an initial focus on Canada
- Channel Management, understand the low voltage and access control industry, design a profitable licensing program, recommend an appropriate System Integrator compensation model which will position the company and System Integrators to win, select best in class system integrators and build a program that will allow us to scale and service customers across North America, expanding globally.
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for system integration projects.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of system integration projects, from initiation through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align program objectives with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to system integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
- Address and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATION/
- 10+ years of experience in program management, construction and/or security integration work experience
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Up to 50% travel required across Canada and potentially in the US to meet with partners
- Flexible to work outside standard hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning.
