Our team is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join us processing payroll for our Canadian division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Import, balance, and transmit biweekly payroll for over 1,000 multi-province employees
- Calculate overtime and statutory holiday pay based on provincial legislation
- Review & posting employee timesheets on a weekly basis
- Verify/Review HRIS connecting files into Payroll system
- Process new hires, terminations, status changes, and leaves
- Handle compensation, RRSP, TFSA, and banking changes
- Review, prepare and submit ROE's (Return on Equity)
- Answer payroll related inquiries

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Diploma in Business or completion of PCP designation is an asset.**:

- **Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Payroll.**:

- **Experience on payroll process for 500 employees.**:

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization
- Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.**:

- **Experience with ADP is an asset**.
- Knowledge of Employment Standards and general HR policies
