Purpose:
The Restaurant Supervisor assists with the organization, direction and management of the restaurant and lounge operations at the Delta Regina. The Restaurant Supervisor has an eye for detail, and works with the team to ensure that we are maintaining high standards of quality and maximizing profits while they support and motivate the team to provide exceptional service to our guests and uphold all manner of brand standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in hotel environment
- Must have or obtain Serve it Right certificate
- Food Safe Level 1 is an asset
- Fluent English (written, writing and reading)
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective problem solving skills

Proficient/familiarity with Micros is an asset. Must be available mornings, evenings and weekends.
