**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any issues that arise.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and waiting areas.
- Support bartending operations as necessary during peak hours.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus; experience as a cook or in bartending is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
