**Responsibilities**:

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Ensure food safety by storing food at proper temperatures and verifying that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that the kitchen has sufficient supplies.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
