**Job Objective**:_The Report Coordinator, is responsible for supporting QA leadership with document processing, report assignment and management, and ensuring all stakeholders (assessors and insurers) are informed and updated on project status, requirements and progress._

**Essential Job Duties/Tasks**:
**Primary**
- Create and maintain tracking reports.
- Process all incoming documents (reports, invoices, consents, LAT forms) from assessors added to the QA Support Portal.
- Ensure incoming documents are uploaded to the appropriate service lines on our Management Information System (Smartsimple).
- Assign reports to resources (currently via Portal and saving to QA Folders).
- Follow up with external resources to ensure reports are submitted and customer deadlines are met.
- Communicate with customers to inform them of the status of reports.
- Administrative duties including document review and processing.
- Assist with or complete Consent Form audit when necessary**.**

**Secondary**:

- Contribute to ongoing improvements in QA process with the goal of optimizing workflow.
- Collaborate with leadership and IT on the development of required tools and subsequent testing and rollout of new technologies.
- Update applicable policies and procedures as required to align with changes in workflow.

**Education / Experience / Certificates Required**:

- University Degree required - Kinesiology Degree an asset, but not required
- Regulated Health Professional designation an asset, but not required
- Work-related/industry experience - reviewing medical assessment reports, communicating with assessors, and adjusters is an asset, but not required
- Working knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) an asset, but not required

Reporting To: QA Manager

Hours: Variable, Additional hours as required

Compensation**:Hourly rate $20/hr.
