**What you’ll be working on**Assist in the preparation of working papers, statements, reports and surveys to support accurate financial reporting for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor, review, analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and proactively identify and report on variances.
- Coordinate transactional investigation with other business units and implement timely adjustments when needed.
- Assist in the analysis and forecast of the Company’s near term cash flow requirements and preparation for the instructions for external business partners to facilitate the movement of funds.
- Actively facilitate the month-end close process and month-end analysis for various accounts.
- Work with other Finance team members to continuously improve and automate team processes and templates.

**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- Nearing completion of your education in a relevant program such as accounting, finance, business administration, or math
- Strong numerical literacy and ability to work confidently with numbers
- Ability to think logically, analyze and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate and build relationships
- Knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing software

**Vos responsabilités**
- Contribuer à la préparation de feuilles de travail, d’énoncés, de rapports et de sondages en vue de soutenir l’élaboration de rapports financiers exacts à l’intention d’une variété de parties prenantes à l’interne et à l’externeExaminer, passer en revue, analyser et concilier les comptes afin d’en assurer l’exactitude, puis repérer et signaler de manière proactive tout écart
- Coordonner les enquêtes opérationnelles avec d’autres unités d’affaires et apporter des ajustements en temps opportun, au besoin
- Assister dans l’analyse et les prédictions des exigences en matière de flux de trésorerie requis pour la société à court terme et préparer les directives pour les partenaires d’affaires externes afin de faciliter le mouvement des fonds
- Faciliter activement le processus de clôture du mois et l’analyse de fin de mois pour divers comptes
- Travailler avec d’autres membres de l’équipe des Finances pour améliorer de façon continue et automatiser les processus et les modèles
