**About the Position**:
The Associate, Marketing & Communications role is based in Toronto and is responsible for assisting in the execution and project management of Hazelview Investment’s corporate marketing and communicating campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creation of multi-media marketing and communication materials and/or work with vendors in the creation of multi-media materials
- Support content marketing campaigns by project managing the development and execution of content across our digital channels (traditional and social), ensuring approval process and timelines are being met.
- Responsible for bringing content to life visually (webpages, papers, posts, articles), posting on social media, tracking and reporting, while working alongside communications agency on this work.
- Manage Hazelview Investments’ website including content updates and general upkeep of all our web assets
- Assist in ongoing web improvements (functionality and design), while working alongside digital marketing agency.
- Assist in public relations campaigns, working with PR agency partner to deliver on campaign objectives
- Manage event sponsorships, conferences, and speaking engagements for Hazelview Investments personnel
- Support in managing paid advertising campaigns
- Timeline and budget management
- Monitor and report on marketing/communications departmental KPI’s
- Interact effectively with all internal business partners
- Proactively enhance and build knowledge of investment industry and asset management business through competitive research, sales call listening, etc.
- Maintain responsibility for self-training on products and product types
- Think critically about process and responsibilities. Ask questions and make decisions based on need for increased efficiency and improved speed to market
- Think critically about positioning/messaging within materials, ask questions and make suggestions for ongoing improvements.
- Support Partner, Marketing & Social Impact with executional elements for additional marketing/PR programs on an ongoing basis.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of industry experience in a marketing communications role.
- Real Estate asset management / investment product knowledge is considered an asset.
