The **Associate, Marketing (Communications)** is responsible for creating original, error free, clear, and concise copy for website content, promotional materials, sales support, and company newsletters that ensures compelling and effective communication. Co-ordinating projects from the beginning, including the approval stage, to on schedule completion. This individual will be a self-starter, highly motivated and thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to establish our brand position and create advertising and sales support material.
- Provide input and support as a member of the marketing team for the development and execution of a multi-channel, fully integrated marketing communications plan/calendar inclusive of traditional media, communications, sales support materials, social media and events.
- Develop recommend and gain approval for the messaging and company voice across all platforms.
- Adding value through editorial planning, writing and development of copy for all mediums.
- Manage and support the production of monthly/quarterly: Investor presentation, Fund Fact sheets, Know Your Product and any other marketing/sales support materials.
- Provide support for the firm’s Giving Back, Impact, Corporate Responsibility and Philanthropy programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on the design of promotional and sales material.
- Produce copy for our websites.
- Recommend and craft content for regular newsletters with company and market updates.
- Assist with organizing promotional events.
- Attend company and industry events or seminars to represent the organization as needed.
- Maintain excellence in Marketing Communications and planning through continued education and associated courses.

**Education, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications and/or certificate in related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications
- Bi-lingual is a definite asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
