Janssen-Ortho Inc. is looking for driven leaders to join our team as a Marketing Associate in our Toronto office. This is a full-time role in our Toronto Office.

Position Overview

The area of focus for the associate is as follows:

- Developing customer/market/patient understanding to uncover relevant and actionable insights
- You will develop insightful omnichannel solutions to improve reach and build industry leading customer engagement
- Developing specific sales materials and tools aligned to brand strategic marketing plans
- Conducting customer, business and financial analyses to uncover opportunities.
- Contributing and coordinating innovative and beneficial customer-focused marketing programs
- Participating in the development of revenue forecasts, business plans and sales meetings
- You will ensure key deliverables are completed in accordance with Janssen’s compliance and regulatory policies, PAAB and IMC codes, embodying an Everyday Integrity approach

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- University degree, preferably in business, science, or related field (MBA an asset)
- 5+ years of progressive marketing, sales or related experience
- Passionate about healthcare, and translating insights into winning strategies and tactical execution to transform care for patients within a highly regulated environment
- Excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate and partner are required
- You can work independently, have strong project management and organizational skills, strong financial and business acumen, the ability to establish rapport and relationships, and possess well-developed analytical abilities
- Strong foundation in analytics, with the ability to synthesize data, generate insights to drive strategy, and pivot based on an intimate understanding of Key Performance Indicators
