Our Fraser Lake Sawmills division has an opportunity for an individual with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills for an;
**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK**

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter accounts payable into Oracle Financials.
- Ensure invoices and check requests are properly supported and approved.
- Review account coding and correct any miscoding.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales tax (GST and PST) and identify and calculate self-assessments where required.
- Match invoices to approval batches.
- Prepare account reconciliations, including vendor & bank statement reconciliation.
- Filing and photocopying as required.
- Support the team in additional junior duties as needed.
- Support / Backup for other Admin positions
- Post-secondary training in administration or accounting or 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Oracle accounts payable is an asset.
- High degree of accuracy with numbers and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible and be able to adjust to changing workloads and tasks.
- Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- A self-starter with the initiative to learn and grow.
