**Description**

Our Client is seeking a part-time Senior Business Consultant to fill a meeting facilitation role. Please note that the meetings will either be in person, virtual, or some combination of the two depending on the Panel members decide. This position is part-time in nature, with and approximate five to ten dedicated hours per week being allocated to Panel work. There may be weeks when more hours are necessary, and others when less hours are necessary.

Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- 4-year post-secondary education in business, public administration, social science and other relevant fields or equivalent experience.
- Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. (5+ years)
- Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role. (5+ years)
- Experience in the development of business cases for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (5+ years)
- Experience with the development of communications plans. (5+ years)
- Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. (5+ years)

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, from front line staff to executives. (5+ years)
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits. (2+ years)
- Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions. (2+ years)
- Experience with change management. (2+ years)
- Experience with financial reporting and modeling. (2+ years)

**Location**
- Edmonton/On-Site

**Work Environment**
- 6 months with 1 possible 12-month extension
