Here is what you will be doing:
- Support Program Leads with special projects (e.g. provincial initiatives, process improvement, policy implementation)- Responsible for the delivering on program/operational mandates within the home and community care sector by executing key activities and developing the required deliverables as directed by the manager or program area leads- Provide advice and recommendations on the implementation of provincial health care initiatives involving home and community care, including identification of opportunities and potential challenges- Develop processes and tools to implement key activities and deliver on program plans- Ensures that work is undertaken in accordance with OH’s guiding principles and is aligned with the mission, vision, and other corporate priorities- Perform cross-functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested

Here is what you will need to be successful:
Education and Experience- Undergraduate degree in a Health discipline, Health or Business Administration or related field required- Regulated Health Professional in good standing with a regulatory college preferred- Minimum 5 years direct experience in the home care sector- Experience with supporting project implementation and/or quality improvement initiatives- Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and make recommendations for program implementation- Experience communicating with internal and external health care leaders

Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of the Home and Community Care Sector- Knowledge of project management framework and principles- Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative team environment- Strong written communicator i.e. ability to write clearly and concisely with strong proof-reading skills- Excellent verbal communicator and ability to build strong relationships- Analytical thinker and problem solver- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals- Highly proficient in Microsoft based work environment i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams- Superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills- Positive attitude, team player and strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and tight deadlines
