Qualicare Homecare, a leading provider of home care services in Scarborough, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities in the designated territory. Your primary goal will be to generate sales referrals for our home care solutions through effective networking, marketing, and communication strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create customized proposals to present to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources within the designated territory.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
