**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper purchase order creation / management according to procurement/business requirements
- Liaise with Business Partners on issues pertaining to purchase orders processes.
- Provide adequate response time to business partners with a focus on customer service.
- Monitor SAP requisitions to ensure all information is correctly provided.
- Create the proper purchase order (PO) “type” according to the guidelines (utilities, services, capex, framework orders, etc.)
- Manage SAP invoices workflow.
- Ensure the highest compliance to procurement strategies and procedure.
- Generate and analyze channel management/audit reports as instructed by the PO Processing Team Lead
- Continuously improve operations.
- Team Leadership
- Coordinate with other Shared Service teams and Procurement Team to ensure compliance with cross-team accountabilities and to deliver seamless service to customer.

**Education and Skills Criteria’s**:

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in business or related field preferred
- 3 - 5 years procurement experience
- SAP experience required
- Advanced knowledge of (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
- Bilingual (English and French) written and oral preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
