**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support various operational functions within our company. This role will focus on accounts payable, inventory control, vendor coordination, and administrative support, along with assisting in purchasing for our boutique and food line. If you have excellent organizational skills, a love for pets, and enjoy a variety of administrative tasks, we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**: Manage and process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- **Inventory Control**: Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels, including coordinating with the warehouse team to monitor stock and replenish supplies as needed.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors, maintain strong relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- **Purchasing Support**: Assist with purchasing for our boutique and food line, including sourcing products, placing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain inventory levels.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage filing, scheduling, and organizing company documents and records to maintain a well-structured office environment. Provide general administrative support as needed.
- **Customer Service Assistance**: Support the customer service team in resolving carrier issues and tracking shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility in responding to a variety of tasks and shifting priorities as business needs evolve.
- **Other Administrative Duties**: Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounts payable and vendor management is preferred.
- Experience in purchasing or procurement is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping pets and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team.
