**Job Overview**:

- Generate and organize repair work orders according to scheduling criteria and work order urgency.
- Daily scheduling and prioritization of repair tasks for service personnel.
- Inspect all technician job files - recording job scope, time estimates, particulars, visuals, and purchase orders.
- Foster and manage critical relationships between clients and service staff.
- Organize, monitor, and follow up on customer quotes/recommendations, including quote conversions and part/equipment sourcing from suppliers.
- Thorough documentation and completion of work orders, conducting profit audits for jobs promptly and accurately.
- Establish, monitor, and assess preventive maintenance plans along with related reports
- Update service software to maintain records of work orders, customer information, equipment data, and service history.
- Execute standard office duties such as routine reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, data input, phone support, and customer assistance.
- Maintain records pertaining to service activities, training programs, certifications, and licenses.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous clerical and administrative experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and other office software is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a _Automotive Repair_ Services office setting would be beneficial.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
